Product Information
All of our products that include vapes, shisha, and cigars are obtained from reputable suppliers to maintain quality and authenticity. However, due to the nature of these products, we cannot accept returns or refunds for cigars under any circumstances.
Returns and Exchanges
For products other than cigars, they accept returns within 24 hours of purchase, provided the items are unopened, unused and enclosed in their original packaging. Refunds for all the qualified returns will take 4 to 7 business days to be affected.
Shipping and Delivery
We also have a same day delivery on all orders placed before 8pm and a next-day delivery throughout UAE. The delivery times are relative and depend on the type of order; a customized cigar, for instance, will have a different delivery time, mentioned at the time of making the order.
Cigar Orders
For custom cigar inquiries, customers must pay a 50% deposit. Delivery takes 7 to 10 days after the deposit is received. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
