Refund Policy

At Smoke World UAE we value our clients and therefore the services we offer does meet the client’s expectations. This Refund Policy explains the eligibility and process for returns and refunds.

Cigars

Due to hygiene and quality control reasons, cigars are non-returnable and non-refundable. This policy applies to all cigar products without exception.

Other Products

Returns are accepted for products other than cigars within 24 hours of purchase. Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Once approved, refunds will be processed within 4 to 7 business days.

How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund, please email our support team at [email protected] within the period of eligibility. Please provide information of your order and/or receipts.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees cannot be refunded. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless the item is defective.

Damaged Products

If you have received a product that is damaged, defective or has arrived differently than described, please contact us as soon as possible. We will verify the defect and make arrangements for its replacement or a refund if that is possible.
